Geography is one of the important Subjects which is thought in three faculties. Students learn spatial temporal variations on earth surface, they also study the natural and cultural phenomena on earth surface so they have better understanding of cause and effect relationship between man and nature. Through studying geography, people of all ages begin to appreciate how places and landscapes are formed, how people and environments interact, what consequences arise from our everyday decisions, and what a diverse range of cultures and societies exist and interconnect. Now a days GIS, GPS, remote sensing and other maping techniques are used by the students. All these equipment and facilities are available in the department.
